Network Support Services (NSS)
NSS or Network Support Services provides detailed support for
complicated network connectivity problems. They have a wide variety of
tools which can be used to identify and solve many network problems.
Additionally our NSS techs can remove viruses and other malicious
software, provide support for Network ID’s for distance students, and
reinstall Windows.
NSS charges $20.00 per half hour; most network and virus
related problems can be solved in about an hour.
NSS is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday and it is located in room 2071 of the IT building.
