SCS Helpdesk
Student Computing Services provides detailed support for
complicated network connectivity problems. We have a wide variety of
tools which can be used to identify and solve many network problems.
Additionally our technicians can remove viruses and other malicious
software and reinstall Windows.
We charge $20.00 per half hour; most network and virus
related problems can be solved in about an hour.
The Helpdesk is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday and it is located in room 2091 of the IT building.
