Certification
To utilize the network and internet access at WSU through the Residence Halls or
certain locations, every computer must have its MAC address (sometimes called a physical
address) registered and certified.
SCS has teamed up with ResNet to offer instructions for finding the needed
information to self-certify on the WSU network.
Assisted Certification
If you are unsure of the steps involved with self-certification or feel the need for help,
feel free to contact the SCS Helpdesk at 335-HELP between
9AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
It is very helpful to have your computer's physical address written down for the helpdesk tech
to quickly certify you.
